Account Executive (Salary: $2500.00 - $2800.00)

Duties:
Handle full set of accounts independently
Daily update data into accounting system
Maintain fixed assets register
Prepare and check petty cash and staff claim payment/cheque payment
Prepare schedules for management, audit, tax and annual report purposes.
Prepare quarterly GST returns for submission to IRAS
Prepare inter-companies billings
Requirement:
Diploma in Accounting / Finance at least 2-3 year in accounting functions
Good knowledge in QuickBooks/MS office application
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skill, sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn
Other info:
Mon – Fri (9am to 6pm)
